Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

SomehowGames provides Ant Feast. For privacy questions and requests, email somehow.cb.owl@gmail.com.

Progress is saved on your device by default. Google Play Games connection, Google Play purchases and rewarded ads are optional. Availability can vary by app version, region, account and Google service status. This policy also explains information processing when you use those features.

1. Game records on your device

The game stores stages, currency, upgrades, rebirth, collections, missions, expeditions, and language, sound, vibration, motion and power settings. Save times, a local game-profile identifier, duplicate-reward records and recovery copies help preserve progress, recover saves and deliver rewards correctly. The local profile is a save record, not a separately registered SomehowGames account.

SomehowGames does not operate a separate game-account or wallet server or send progress to its own server. Device records remain until deleted; recovery copies may be replaced during saving. Losing all saves can make progress and remaining currency unrecoverable.

2. Age group and privacy choices

Ant Feast is intended for people aged 13 and over. To apply privacy protections, you choose an age group: 13–15, 16–17, or 18+. We do not ask for your date of birth or exact age. The age-group choice is stored on this device and is not included in the Google Play Games progress save.

When using advertising services, the app derives protections for minors and users below the age of consent from that choice and sends the corresponding settings to Google's advertising and consent services. It does not send a date of birth. Ads are not requested while the age group is unknown. An intended audience of 13+ does not establish the age of consent in every country.

Google's consent service presents required privacy choices and may refresh consent status when the app starts. Available choices can be revisited through Ad privacy settings in Settings. Consent and age protections are handled separately. Google may process information to prepare services or check privacy choices even if you do not watch an ad.

3. Optional Google Play Games saves

When you use Play Games connection and saving, the selected progress, currency and settings, save times, and game-profile and player-linking identifiers are sent to Google Saved Games. They support backup, restoration and comparison of different saves; balances from separate progress records are not added together. The game's own forms do not ask for Google passwords or verification codes.

Google also processes gamer information, service analytics and diagnostics. Availability depends on your Google account, profile settings and service status. A local save confirmation does not establish successful transfer or restoration on another device. See Google's Play Games data disclosure.

4. Google Play purchases

Google Play handles payment-method entry for fixed-quantity amber packs and the permanent Reward Pass. The game uses product, quantity, purchase state, verification information and an identifier derived from the local profile to verify purchases, deliver products and prevent duplicate delivery. Original purchase-verification information is used during processing; game saves retain duplicate-delivery identifiers and currency changes.

Permanent-product ownership must be checked with the purchasing Google Play account, which may differ from the Play Games save account. Purchase history does not replace progress saves and cannot reconstruct the remaining balance of previously delivered consumable currency. Connection or purchase-verification issues may delay delivery or restoration.

5. Optional rewarded ads

You choose whether to play an ad for an extra reward. An ad may be unavailable because of ad supply, privacy choices, age protections or connection conditions. Normal gameplay and base rewards do not require watching an ad.

Google's GMA Next-Gen advertising SDK may process IP address and general location, app/ad interactions, performance diagnostics, advertising ID, app set ID and applicable account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Whether you watched an ad alone does not determine all processing by included Google components. See Google's advertising data disclosure.

6. Support email and this information site

If you email us, we receive your address, display name, message and voluntary attachments. We use them to reply, investigate issues and handle privacy requests, not to select advertising audiences. Email is processed through Google's Gmail service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, purchase authentication tokens or complete save files.

This information site uses GitHub Pages. GitHub states that it logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security. SomehowGames adds no analytics scripts or tracking cookies to these pages. See GitHub's Pages information and GitHub's Privacy Statement.

7. Retention and deletion

Deletion does not cancel or refund purchases. An email request cannot remotely erase your device or Google account. See Support & data deletion for in-app local deletion and Android's app-data controls, which also remove locally stored Google-component preferences.

8. Protection and external processing

Device saves use the operating system's app storage area. Recovery features do not guarantee complete security or recovery after loss. Google states that advertising-SDK data uses TLS in transit and Play Games uses HTTPS. This does not mean the game's local save is separately encrypted.

Google services and Gmail are processed under the Google Privacy Policy; website hosting is subject to GitHub's policy. Providers may use servers outside your country. SomehowGames' support-message retention period does not set the period for information independently held by those providers.

9. Requests and policy changes

For access, correction or deletion of support information held by SomehowGames, or other privacy requests, email somehow.cb.owl@gmail.com. Use your original contact address where possible and provide only necessary information. A parent or guardian who believes a child's information was included in a support message may also contact us.

We handle requests according to applicable rights and the information within our control, and provide provider-specific guidance for Google or GitHub records. When practices change, we update this page and its revision date and reflect significant changes in the app's information.
